• Theater - 1214 seats including front and rear orchestra, balcony, box seats and 60 handicapped accessible seats.  Plus orchestra pit can be used for cabaret seating and service.
• Stage depth 35 ft. or 43 ft. with pit floor raised. Full fly space, wood floors and an adjoining scene shop with easy access to loading dock.

• Orchestra Pit with hydraulic lift, 42 ft. wide by 17 ft. deep.
• Rehearsal Room – 27 ft. by 32 ft. with mirrors, ballet barres and sprung floor.

Meetings and Events

Grand Foyer:  Occupancy – 376 seated.  (30 by 100 ft. carpeted area) Two paved entries perfect for dancing. Two concession areas, kitchen with 100-pound ice machine, TV monitors, coat checkroom, curved stairway descending from upper lobby. Elevator to upper lobby. Space is adaptable and is ideal for receptions, trade shows, seminars as well as sit down luncheons and dinners.

Upper Foyer:  Occupancy – 120.  (13 by 110 ft.) Suitable for receptions and dining. Concession area, glass railing with view of Grand Foyer murals and the grounds of the California Veterans Home through the 25 ft. lobby windows.

Green Room:  Occupancy – 42. (637 sq. ft. including 66 sq. ft. kitchenette) Has its own patio entrance and is suitable for receptions, meetings, wine tastings or sit down dining. Available when theater is not booked for a stage performance. Can be rented separately or used as a break-out room for large meetings or tradeshows.

Rehearsal Room:  Occupancy – 60 (915 sq. ft.) Space can be rented separately when stage is not booked for a performance and is suitable for meetings, dining and wine tastings. Has separate outside entry.

Swanson Board Room:  Occupancy – 44. (660 sq. ft.) Suitable for board meetings, conferences, dining and receptions.  Has projection screen and separate kitchenette with built-in cabinetry. Opens on to a private 30 by 50 ft. roof patio.
