PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.


SECURITY POLICY:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

TICKET/ THEATER POLICIES:
Ticket Fees – Charges apply to tickets purchased online or by phone. Patrons who purchase tickets in person at the Lincoln Theater Napa Valley Box Office will not incur service charges.

Ticket Refunds / Exchanges – All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Unable to use your ticket? Prior to the performance donate it for resale and receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).

Group Discounts – Groups of 15 or more receive a 10% discount. Groups of 50 or more receive additional discounts. Full payment must be received for the entire block before tickets will be issued. For more information contact the Lincoln Theater Napa Valley Box Office at 707.944.1300.

Lost or Undelivered Tickets – Call the Lincoln Theater Napa Valley Box Office at 707.944.1300.

Will Call / Box Office – Will call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office located in the Lincoln Theater Napa Valley Lobby. The Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and two hours prior to any performance. Tickets are available online 24 hours a day at www.lincolntheater.org.

Cancelled Performances – If a performance is cancelled, return your tickets to the Lincoln Theater Napa Valley Box Office for a full refund or exchange towards another performance. Refunds are issued only for cancelled performances. You may also donate your ticket(s) to receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).

Location – Lincoln Theater Napa Valley is located at 100 California Drive on the grounds of the historic Veterans Home of California, Yountville.

Parking – Please allow up to 30 minutes for parking in order to ensure that you are seated before curtain time. Parking is spread throughout the Veterans Home campus style and a short walk to the theater may be required. Valet parking is also available at the theater door. It is important to read all signage and park only in lots designated specifically for theater parking. Attendants will be available for assistance.
Doors – Lincoln Theater Napa Valley’s Grand Foyer opens 90 minutes prior to the start of each performance. The auditorium usually opens for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Late Seating – Performances begin promptly at the advertised time. Late seating will be at the discretion of the Lincoln Theater House Manager and may be restricted due to the policy of the performing artist.

Patrons With Disabilities – Every price tier at Lincoln Theater Napa Valley offers wheelchair accessible and side-transfer seats that may be reserved when ordering tickets. The elevators serve both levels of the theater. Assisted Listening Devices are available at Coat Check for patrons with hearing impairments. If you need any accommodation while in the theater, please ask one of our friendly ushers.

Electronic Courtesy – Cameras and recording devices are prohibited during performances at Lincoln Theater Napa Valley. Violators forfeit their right to stay for the performance and will not be issued a refund.

Cell Phones / Pagers – Patrons are asked to please turn off all cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices when entering the theater.

Concessions – Lincoln Theater Napa Valley has three concessions areas – two downstairs in the Grand Lobby and one upstairs in the Dress Circle Foyer. Concessions are generally available prior to a performance and during intermission. Snacks and beverages are permitted in the foyer areas only and not allowed inside the auditorium.

Lost and Found – If you lost something while attending a performance at Lincoln Theater Napa Valley, please call 707.944.1300. Items will be kept for 30 days.
